We've stayed here before now and appreciated this place. The hotel was brilliant and fairly clean with good wi-fi. There where very comfy beds and coffee and tea/coffee in the a twin room. It offered us particularly good and fab location not far from local shops and restaurants and train station and Birmingham Conference Centre and bars.

Room smelled badly of smoke. Duvet too small for bed, No heating in bathroom. Poor shower. Attic room, sloping roofs difficult to avoid

Poor breakfast choice - not representative of their menu, I.e menu indicated 2 x bacon and 2 x sausage but only received 1 x of each. Bar wasnt open .... at all Only had 3 x pillows btw 2 of us
